Sparkden is a free, altruistic website and mobile mini-game app for children. It is offered as-is, with ongoing improvements when we can.

2. No accounts, no ads, no payment

• There is no user account and none will be required.
• There are no advertisements.
• The app is 100% free — no in-app purchases or subscriptions are part of the product design.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or app unlawfully or in a way that harms others. An adult should supervise young children.

4. Intellectual property

Sparkden branding, design, code, and content belong to the project owner, except third-party assets under their licenses. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is not allowed.

5. App stores

If you download from Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply to the download and installation.

6. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the service working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the free service.
